1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AXORA platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AXORA is a gaming platform that allows users to play games and earn digital medals. The Platform is operated by Lutetium Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Modern Slavery & Anti-Human-Trafficking Compliance

We are committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, exploitation and human trafficking in all parts of our business and in the use of this platform. You must not use the website for any activity that involves, facilitates, promotes, or is connected to:

  • Human trafficking, forced labour, or exploitation of any kind
  • Sexual exploitation, including prostitution, escorting services, brothels, or any sexual act offered in exchange for compensation
  • Recruitment or solicitation of individuals for pornography, modeling, escort services, or similar activities
  • Coercive, deceptive, or abusive practices, including attempting to recruit vulnerable persons or minors
  • Any service, content, or communication that may reasonably be linked to modern slavery or trafficking activities

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of our platform for modern slavery or human trafficking. Any suspected breach may result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and cooperation with relevant authorities.

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws. By continuing to use the service, you affirm that you are not involved in any form of modern slavery, exploitation, or human trafficking.

5. Digital Medals

The Platform allows you to earn digital medals through gameplay. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital medals are earned through participation in games on the Platform
  • Medals are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove medals at our discretion
  • Medals have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash
  • You do not acquire any ownership rights in the medals beyond the right to use them within the Platform

6. Fees & Payments

6.1 Token Purchases

You may purchase tokens on the Platform as a one-time purchase.

By confirming a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable taxes.

6.2 Instant Delivery & Refund Policy

Tokens are digital items delivered immediately once the payment is confirmed.

When you complete a purchase:

  • You agree that token delivery begins immediately.
  • You acknowledge that once delivery starts, the purchase becomes final and cannot be refunded, except where a refund is required under local consumer protection rules.
  • If you do not want instant delivery, please do not complete the purchase.

Where refunds are legally required, we will comply.

6.3 Non-Refundable Payments

Unless required by local law:

  • All completed purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Tokens that have been delivered or used cannot be refunded.

This does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights in your region.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchases unless the law requires us to collect them.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change token prices at any time.

6.6 Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through authorized payment processors.

We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lutetium Limited or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
